At Vioz Academy, we strive to provide our customers with the best learning experience possible. However, we understand that sometimes circumstances may arise that require you to cancel your enrollment.

When a customer enrolls in one of our courses, they are required to provide a token amount as a commitment fee. This fee is non-refundable under any circumstances. This is because we start preparing for the course as soon as the enrollment process is complete, and the token amount covers our costs for that process.

In the event that the customer needs to cancel their enrollment due to unforeseen circumstances, we will not be able to issue a refund for the token amount paid.
